AEB Emerges as the “Breakfast Expert”

The Additives and Usage of Healthy Proteins Seminar presented in cooperation with the Culinary Institute of Americas Collaborative, promoted the nutritional value of eggs. 

Attendees included Dunkin’ Brands, Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, Sodexho, Aramark, Panera Bread, Wendy’s and Subway among others.

The AEB also presented at the School Nutrition Industry Conference, hosting an Innovative Session, attended by fifty school nutrition directors.  The AEB also demonstrated smart snacks and protein-box samples during a luncheon event.
