Kroger to Establish Northern Kentucky Distribution Center

According to a March 7th item by Alexander Coolidge in the Cincinnati Enquirer, Kroger Company will invest $60 million in a new distribution center to serve the Eastern half of the U.S. 

The town of Florence in Boone County, KY. was selected for the 675,000 ft2 facility which will employ 100 workers.

  

Frank Bruni, Kroger VP of Supply Chain and Logistics stated “The new facility will help our logistics team to improve lead times and drive efficiencies for our stores and ultimately our customers.”
