Jason Marker has been named CEO of CKE Restaurant Holdings Inc., the parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s.  Marker replaces Andy Puzder who recently resigned from the Company and following his withdrawal as nominee as Secretary of Labor in the Administration of President Donald J. Trump.

Marker was most recently president of KFC U.S. with responsibilities for Yum! Brands where he was responsible for $4.2 billion in system sales through 4,200 restaurants and 450 franchises.

In commenting on the appointment Puzder stated, “Jason has tremendous experience in franchising in the QSR sector in addition to positioning and growing iconic brands”.
